    1. Introduction

    Welcome to WebXion Group. By accessing, browsing, or using any part of our website, services, APIs, communication tools, dashboards, software, or digital products, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the terms and conditions stated on this page.

    WebXion reserves the right to modify, update, or change this Legal Page at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

    2. Company Information

    WebXion is a CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) and Digital Solutions Provider offering services including but not limited to SMS, WhatsApp Official API, Voice Calling, IVR, Missed Call, RCS, AI ChatBot Automation, Cloud Telephony, and Digital Marketing.

    3. Acceptable Use Policy

    By using WebXion’s services, you agree:

    • Not to use our SMS/Voice/WhatsApp API/RCS/Missed Call services for illegal, unethical, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
    • Not to send spam, phishing, threats, hate messages, fraudulent content, bulk unsolicited promotions, misleading financial offers, or any content restricted by local or international laws.
    • Not to violate TRAI, DLT, Meta (WhatsApp), Google’s RCS, Telecom Operator, or any government-mandated guidelines.
    • Not to misuse the platform by creating fake accounts, hacking attempts, password attacks, or unauthorized API usage.
    • Not to use our communication services for gambling, political messaging, adult content, banned healthcare claims, or financial scams.
    • Violation may result in immediate suspension, legal action, financial penalties, or account termination.

    4. Intellectual Property Rights

    All website content including text, graphics, logo, design elements, images, videos, technical documents, dashboards, software, and API frameworks are the sole property of WebXion.

    Users are prohibited from:

    • Copying or rebranding our platform
    • Redistributing or reselling source code
    • Reverse engineering our API or software
    • Using our brand name, trademarks, or logos without written permission
    • Any unauthorized use is a violation of copyright and trademark law.

    5. Service Usage Terms

    5.1 CPaaS Services (SMS, Voice, WhatsApp API, RCS, Missed Call, IVR, AI Bot)

    • Service availability depends on operator networks, regulatory approvals, WhatsApp/Meta policy, and other external systems.
    • Delivery of messages/calls depends on telecom operators, handset availability, user network conditions, and regulatory filters.
    • WebXion provides best-effort delivery but does not guarantee 100% delivery due to external dependencies.

    5.2 Fair Usage

    Accounts may be suspended if abnormal, abusive, or policy-violating traffic is detected.

    5.3 API Integration

    • Developers must safeguard their API keys and access tokens.
    • WebXion is not responsible for misuse caused by client-side integration errors.

    6. Compliance and Regulatory Responsibilities

    Users must:

    • Complete DLT registration as mandated by TRAI.
    • Follow WhatsApp Business Policy & Commerce Policy.
    • Comply with all operator guidelines, template approvals, sender ID regulations, and content rules.
    • Ensure they have customer consent before sending promotional or transactional content.

    WebXion does NOT take responsibility for:

    • DLT penalties
    • WhatsApp bans due to policy violations
    • Operator-level filtering
    • Regulatory actions caused by customer misuse

    7. Data Protection & Privacy Statement (Summary)

    WebXion values your privacy and follows industry-standard data protection practices.

    We Collect:

    • Basic profile details (name, email, phone, company name)
    • Usage logs, IP addresses, API request logs
    • Communication traffic (SMS templates, WhatsApp message logs)
    • Billing and transaction details

    We Do NOT:

    • Sell or trade customer data
    • Access customer content unless required for service support or legal compliance

    We Use Your Data For:

    • Providing communication services
    • API request handling
    • Fraud prevention and security
    • Improving service quality
    • Legal and regulatory requirements
    • Data Security:
    • Encrypted servers
    • Role-based access
    • Secure API transmission
    • Regular audits

    Customers are responsible for safeguarding their own login credentials.

    8. Billing, Payments & Refund Policy

    8.1 Pricing

    Service charges are based on the selected plan, message type, operator pricing, and country-wise rates.

    8.2 Payment Terms

    • Payments are prepaid unless mentioned otherwise
    • GST is applicable as per government norms
    • Invoice is generated at the time of credit purchase

    8.3 Refunds

    WebXion does not offer refunds for:

    • Unused credits
    • Account suspension due to policy violations
    • Operator non-delivery
    • Incorrect usage or API misconfiguration
    • Refunds may be offered ONLY in special cases and solely at our discretion.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    WebXion is not liable for:

    • Telecom operator outages
    • WhatsApp/Meta service restrictions
    • RCS delivery dependency on handset compatibility
    • Customer-side integration failures
    • Loss of business, revenue, or reputation
    • Delayed or undelivered messages/calls
    • Server downtime caused by external infrastructure

    10. Third-Party Services

    Our platform integrates with third-party services such as:

    • Meta (WhatsApp)
    • Google RCS
    • Telecom Operators
    • Payment Gateways
    • CRM/ERP integrations


    WebXion
    is not responsible for issues arising from third-party failures.

    11. Termination of Services

    WebXion may suspend or terminate your account if:

    • You violate policies or legal rules
    • Fraudulent or spam activities are detected
    • Billing payments are overdue
    • WhatsApp/Meta bans your number
    • Operators block your sender ID or route
    • Misuse of API or hacking attempts are detected
    • Once terminated, no refunds will be issued. 

    12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

    Any dispute, claim, or legal matter will be governed by:

    • The Laws of India
    • Jurisdiction: Pune, Maharashtra

    Both parties must attempt to resolve issues amicably before legal escalation.
